Is KushMart a licensed New York cannabis dispensary?
Yes. KushMart is a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer regulated by the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Every product on our menu is lab-tested and labelled in compliance with NY state requirements.
How does pickup work?
Place your order online, present a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older when you arrive, and a budtender will hand off your order. Most pickup orders are ready in 15-30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards via point-of-banking, and AeroPay (ACH transfer from your bank). Credit cards are not currently accepted at any licensed New York dispensary.
Do you offer delivery?
Local delivery is available at select locations within a defined service area. Delivery zones, fees, and time windows are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
